At Trendia Shop, we want you to feel confident with your purchase.
We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at trendiashop.store@gmail.com. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damaged or incorrect items
Please inspect your order when it arrives. If the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, used personal care items, opened liquids, and items not in their original condition cannot be returned.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if the refund is approved. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please note that it may take some time for your bank or payment provider to process and post the refund.
Shipping costs
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
